Best Advices For Hair care!
Different oils take care of different needs of hair. Jojoba oil helps balance sebum production. To moisturizer and to take care of our Hair, the Scalp produces sebum, but jojoba oil helps to increase its production. Coconut oil is rich in vitamins and fatty acids for nourishing the scalp. Argan oil has vitamin E which minimizes oxidative stress and preserves the protective lipid layer which also includes its type fat. You can use these oils in conjunction to take better care of both your Scalp and the hair within it.
When it comes to taking care of our hair, sometimes we get caught up with our ends. Our scalps should not be forgotten when maintaining our hair's health. Our scalp is the foundation of our hair strength so if your hair is struggling with anything, it's smart to go the extra mile to take care of your Scalp. So follow these tips and advices and see your hair rejuvenate again!

Don't over wash
As naturals, we don't wash our hair everyday like those with straighter hair. We do this because our natural hair oils struggle with coating our curly strands. This is why we put a lot of work into keeping our hair strands moisturized through deep conditioning. But regularly washing can't be good for reasons mentioned down. This is not always the case since our scalp needs natural oils and over washing strips our scalp of those oils. That's why it's important to use shampoos that cleanse and nourish our Scalp. Dry Scalp the worst and first cause of Hair loss. So, choose the right shampoo and condition your hair. Don't overwork your hair as that can lead to hair loss too. Just do everything optimally, then results will be visible quickly!
Oil your scalp
Oiling your scalp has a lot of benefits, the main one being that it moisturizes our roots which promotes healthy hair. When it comes to the oils to use when oiling your scalp, do your own research based on your hair type. Those with wavy hair may not benefit from oiling their scalp with thick oils such as castor oil. When looking for an oil for your scalp, stick with oils that have a similar consistency of your scalp's natural oil. These oils include jojoba oil, coconut oil, and argan oil.
Scalp massages
You may have enjoyed a relaxing back massage but have you ever gotten a scalp massage? It is a game changer. If you decide to oil your scalp, you might as well do a scalp massage. Not only do scalp massages feel good, they enhance blood circulation which can promote thicker hair and growth. Massaging the oil of your choice can also amplify the power of your oil. Your oil can't do its job if it's just sitting on your scalp. Sometimes they get the job done better than our fingers. Plus, they're affordable. When massaging your scalp, massage the oils in for 5-10 minutes a couple times a week and then see the results.
Good things come slowly and so do good habits. A bad habit requires you to do it just once, but a good one will take time. Remember Bruce Lee at this point: 'I don't fear the man who has tried 10000 kicks, but I do fear the man who has practiced the same kick 10000 times'. A good habit requires you to be vigilant, so become that.
